I've struggled with ADHD-related issues my whole life. I'm intrigued by this, but will this really fix my ADHD?
As you probably know, ADHD is considered a developmental condition. It’s woven into the fabric of who we are. So I agree it can’t be “fixed”.
But it can be tended, tended in a way that supports your challenges so that you can more fully express your gifts.
You’re not gonna suddenly become a different person, but believe me, your life can get easier if you learn certain tools and cultivate certain skills. You can feel more self-trust, more confidence, and more joy in yourself, your life, and how your brain works.
ADHD coaching, which is the heart of ADHD Upgrade, works.
Just to mention one study—in a 2017 University of Pennsylvania meta analysis evaluating the efficacy of ADHD coaching, 18 out of 19 outcome studies found that it supports improvements in ADHD and executive functioning skills. (Meta analyses are particularly informative studies because they pull together a bunch of other studies and summarize their results.)
But there are honestly SO MANY studies out there proving the efficacy of ADHD coaching. Give it a Google!

I’ve already learned a million hacks that haven’t worked. How can this help me?
Yes, hacks mostly don’t work. I explain in detail in the program WHY hacks are so often useless. (Except on those rare occasions when they hittttttttt.) We will be exploring some hacks, if necessary, to get your creative wheels turning. But the main thrust of this program is teaching you how to work with your ADHD brain, not teaching you tired hacks.

I don’t need a bunch of mindset coaching. I’ve tried that and it didn’t work for me.
A lot of mindset coaching feels pretty alienating to me too, because as a neurodivergent person, my mind doesn’t work like a neurotypical mind.
Let me assure you: in this course you ARE gonna learn new concepts that change how you think about your ADHD and how you approach To Dos—but this is not a mindset course!
This course gives you TOOLS, and opportunities to practice using them, so that you build SKILLS.

I'm worried that I’m gonna buy the program and not use it. You know, because ADHD!
One of the first things we do, when you first sign up and your enthusiasm is high, is walk you through setting the time aside to work through the material.
This involves clearing space on your calendar, getting program events added to your calendar, troubleshooting lesson access, thinking about your best watch times for replays, etc.
We also send a slew of automated reminders via email and text, so that you don't miss meaningful events.
That being said—if you know for sure that you won't be able to get to our weekly Group Coaching Calls, that no amount of reminders will do the trick, and that the program is VERY LIKELY to sit unused in your inbox...this may not be the right program for you.
And that's okay! There is nothing wrong with you, and you're not broken.
It just so happens that the way I am currently offering this program doesn't work for your brain. That's a me problem, not a you problem! But until I solve it, please save your money.
As for not using the tools after you've learned them...
One of my gifts is the ability to present material so that it is sticky for ADHD brains. (That’s part of why I give the components of my program funny names like “ADHD Alchemy” and “The 5D Distillery”—it’s so that you retain them.)
As long as you listen to/watch most of the lessons, you’re gonna absorb the material, and it will be part of your mental furniture for as long as you choose to cherish it.

The thing about coaching is: it's not therapy or mental health care.
Coaching works best when your mental health is pretty good, your life is generally pretty functional, but there are some aspects of it that aren't quite working. If you're in a crisis, you need a different kind of help than I can offer.
